ShapeLook Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused items must be in the same condition received.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Hygiene products such as bodysuits, shapewear, underwear, and swimwear must have intact hygiene liners and protective seals.

    Any item with removed or broken liners cannot be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Intimates, shapewear, lingerie, or swimwear without original hygiene protection.
  • Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Gift Cards.
  • Damaged, altered, or visibly worn products.
  • Custom or personalized items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@shapelook.store with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

    (Please do not send any items back without prior approval.)
  3. Pack the item securely with its original packaging and the provided return form.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.

📸 To help us process refunds faster, please include a clear photo of the items inside the package before sealing and shipping it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
  • Funds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging.
  2. Email them to support@shapelook.store with your order number.

    If confirmed as our mistake or carrier damage, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to confirm availability.
Once approved, we’ll process your exchange after receiving the original item.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our policy conditions.
  • For hygiene and quality assurance, all returned items are thoroughly inspected.
